Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized / custom orders

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process.
