When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, PLONGÉ ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Are there any shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on Canadian orders over $300. International rates are displayed at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact support@plonge.ca.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items with original tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Are exchanges available?

Yes. If you need a different size or style, request an exchange during your return process.

Are returns free?

Return shipping is complimentary within Canada. International returns are the customer’s responsibility.

Yes. All PLONGÉ outerwear is crafted from genuine leather and shearling, selected for durability and character.

Do you use faux fur?

No. We work with premium shearling and fur, chosen for warmth, luxury, and longevity.
